People Mag wants to know how you’d rate our fave sexy man Ian Somerhalder: Naughty or Nice?

NAUGHTY: He plays scheming bloodsucker Damon on The Vampire Diaries – and relishes stepping into the role.

NICE: He told Cosmo GIRL about his awkward teen modeling years, saying, “I was a guy who wore makeup in magazines, so I never fit in.”

Personally, I think his looks are devilishly handsome, but the heart is of PURE GOLD.

Fans Interview Ian Somerhalder In Miami

Three lucky fans of The Vampire Diaries- Theressa, Stephanie, & Cynthia, avid environmentalists - sat down with the wonderful Ian Somerhalder a couple of weeks ago in Miami during the Hot Topic Event. The two videos highlight subjects which should be very important to all of us.

I kid you not, but way back when, Ian mentioned the water/brushing your teeth bit in his 7 things: Ian Somerhalder interview, and I've turned the water off ever since. Before that, I hadn't thought about it since my Barney and friends days, when Barney sang "So when I'm brushing my teeth and having so much fun, I never leave the water on!" Every little bit we do makes a difference. Don't we just love him for reminding us of this? *sigh*

The noms for the People's Choice Awards 2011 have been announced, and The Vampire Diaries is up for Favorite TV Drama and Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy Show. Our favorite blue-eyed devil,Ian Somerhalder, is up for Favorite TV Drama Actor. No Nina Dobrev or Paul Wesley nominations *sad face* but there's always next year...and hopefully many after that.

Ian Somerhalder in Cosmo

Of course, Ian is SO MUCH MORE than just a pretty face and the BTS vid from the shoot only makes me love him that much more.

For all of us who have the urge to convert one of our friends into squeeing fangirls (and those of us who just want to see the epicness all over again), the CW is using its primetime slate in December to give us a Vampire Diaries Season 2 Marathon.

November 4, 2010 (Burbank, CA) ─ The CW Network today announced plans for a special marathon week featuring The Vampire Diaries, starting on Monday, December 13. For the second year in a row, this week-long event offers fans the opportunity to catch up with season two of The Vampire Diaries and allows the uninitiated the chance to get into one of TV’s breakout hits.
Airing two episodes each night from Monday, Dec. 13 through Friday, Dec. 17 (8:00-10:00p.m. ET/PT), The CW will rebroadcast the first 10 episodes of the second season of its addictive hit The Vampire Diaries across its entire primetime schedule that week, beginning with this season’s explosive premiere. The Vampire Diaries is The CW’s most-watched and highest-rated series among adults 18-34 this season.
The Vampire Diaries is the story of two vampire brothers obsessed with the same beautiful girl, and battling to control the fate of an entire town. During season one, Stefan (Paul Wesley, “Fallen”) and Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder, “Lost”), returned to their hometown of Mystic Falls, Virginia, for very different reasons − Stefan was determined to get to know Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev, the upcoming film, “The Killing Game”), who bears a striking resemblance to Katherine Pierce, the beautiful but ruthless vampire the brothers knew and loved in 1864, while Damon was intent on releasing Katherine from the tomb where he believed she was trapped by a witch’s spell all those years ago.
